"The Ant Philosophy"

The Ant Philosophy - Jim Rohn - YouTube

I used to talk to kids about the Ant Philosophy let me give you a couple of clues now About the Ant Philosophy.

Here is #1 Ants never quite If they're going somewhere And you stop them or.. Block there pathway they'll look for another way up down and all around how long will they look keep looking? until they found another waaay! See thats... that's good philosophy The ant philosophy . Here is another one! ants think winter all summer... That's way ants appear to be in a hurry all summer Gogogo GoGoGo Why? Winter winter winterHurry hurry hurry The clock is running out Time is running out Hurry hurry Get the food Bring it back the winter is almost here hurry hurry See that's good philosophy...

so, if you got that note now: "Be Likes the Ants" Think winter in the summer Don't think summer in the summer And get Faked out Look how lovely and look how Nice See that's getting Faked out Ant's don't so that! They think winter all summer.

Now here is the next one You've got to think summer all winter in the winter you've got to say: "We won't be in here long!" "We'll soon be out of Here!" We'll be out there working And gathering more food And providing for the Future This Winter won't last long We'll soon be out of here So the key is to think Summer in the winter AaaaNt And* Think winter in the summer Now, if somebody needs help on this You've got to learn how to put it in such a way And giving them the Ant philosophy is one of the best Think winter in the summer...

And then Think summer in the winter Think Negative when it is positive and Think Positive when it is Negative Isn't that a challenge? And the Answer is Yes, that's a challenge But that's life! That's the Deal! How often does winter follow Fall? Every year! Years ago I did a series of lectures? For a Chevron Dealers and their management All over America Even up in Alaska and over in Hawaii when I first started giving them this series of lectures The management and... Euh...

Some of the leaders of chevron corporation called me in and we had a nice talk And they said: "Well First of all mister Rohn we would like to get acquainted" "and we heard about your presentation and..." "we think you might be able to share some good ideas" And they said: "Buy the way, you travel the world" "and, right? You know a lot of corporate executives" "and you've been in business for a long time all over the world" They asked me: "what do you think about next 10 year are gonna be like?" And I said to them: "Gentleman, you asked the right person...?"

So their eyes lit up I sad: "I do have experience" "I have travelled the World" "and I've lived a long time" "and I really know the deal" "and here is how the next 10 years are going to be" "about like the last 10" Right? Winter follows Fall Some are Easy and some are hard Some are Difficult and some are Simple And then spring follows winter And for how many years now? 6000 years of recorded history! So, it isn't gonna change Here is the Essence of life: Opportunity mixed with Difficulty That's about as simple as you can put it From the beginning

"Unbeatable Super Mom - Mary Kom"

There had to be one successful story if Indians were to survive in sports and we have that story now. Enough has been said about this great warrior who conquered the world. This warrior is none other than Mary Mangte Kom-the Komqueror and the Komrade. She is famed as a five times World Boxing Champion and the only boxer to win a medal in every one of the six world championships. In the 2012 Olympics, she became the first Indian woman boxer to qualify and win a bronze medal in the 51 Kg flyweight category of Boxing. Kom was born is Kangthei village, Moirang Lamkhai in Churachandpur district of rural Manipur in eastern India. She came from a poor family. Her parents, Mangte Tonpa Kom and Mangte Akham Kom were tenant farmers who worked in jhum fields. Kom grew up in humble surroundings, helping her parents with farm related chores, going to school and learning athletics initially and later boxing simultaneously. Her father was a keen wrestler in his younger age. She had an eager interes

"Autobiography of Parrot"

Hello friends, I am a parrot today I want to tell something about me and something about my life. I am red and blue in colour with a red beak. My name is Mithu. Sadly, I live in a cage. The family that has caged me are very kind and look after me very well. They keep my cage clean and give me all the things I like to eat.  They have even taught me to speak a few words. But they do not realise how suffocated I feel here. I would rather be out in the open, flying with my friends.    Arun, the boy in the house, calls his friends regularly and makes me speak. All of them are so  delighted when I do. For them I am a source of entertainment. When the family finds that I am talking too much they put a cloth over my cage.    Really, it is quite boring standing all day on this small swing. What a pity it is to waste life in these cage!I long for the free air and the blue skies. But who will let me go? [ suffocated- prevented from developing in a proper way.  frequently- often. long for-

"Autobiography of a tiger"

"Autobiography of a tiger"         Hello friends, I am a tiger I want to tell something about me and something about my life. I was born in the Sundarbans eight years ago. I had one brother and one sister. My parents, especially my mother, looked after me very well. She told me that I had to be very careful for there were human beings called 'hunters' who would try to capture or kill me. I could not imagine why anyone would want to kill me, for I have not harmed anyone .       I was very careful after that. I stayed with my mother for some time; then I wandered off on my own. One day, I saw a goat near a tree. I was very hungry, and forgot all the advice that my mother had given me. I ran towards the goat, but suddenly I felt something pull my leg. I fell into a pit-a trap, I believe it is called. I was pulled out after some time, and taken to a circus.       Fortunately, my master at the circus was a kind man and treated me well.
